VAT tax:

All of our quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, however adjustments will have to be made to comply with any change in rates or other legally imposed changes in respect of VAT. PAYMENT: We accept all of the following types of payment: Credit / Debit Card, PayPal


All goods supplied are guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.


Providing BUY IT NOW is used (in accordance with distance selling regulations of fixed priced items) If you want to return item for whatever reason You can ask for FULL REFUND less the delivery and return cost in 14 days after received the item. If you cancel your order once it has been delivered, you must not use the goods, must make them available to us when we collect them on the date we will agree with you. You will be responsible for delivery and return cost of the goods and you must take good care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. Please ensure that the goods are maintained in a saleable condition and their original packaging. Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed. We will collect the goods and then refund the cost of the items ordered within 14 days of cancellation. If you do not comply with your obligations above, we will not agree to the refund or may make a reasonable charge to cover any costs that we incur (for example: wasted collection journeys or goods you have damaged or lost).


All products are subject to stock levels and obtainment. We work hard to keep current details of stock availability accurate. However, if a product is out of stock at the time of purchase client will be informed accordingly. Customer have right cancel transaction and get full refund if item is out of stock on the order day.


We reserved the rights not to accept an order if: Your payments was not authorized, You have not completed with our terms and conditions of sale, We do not have the stock to fulfill the order, We are unable to delivered the products to your area, The item was incorrectly priced or described on the web site, If an order is cancelled by EXTREME FURNITURE LIMITED, any payments made to us will be refund within 14 days of the cancellation.


Excluded delivery areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, PO Box. All deliveries are made by 1 man service only to the KERB / Sidewalk. Also if flat delivery to the KERB / Sidewalk. Please be prepare to the fact that shipment is large, upon delivery must be 2 persons.


In the event of transport damage we will ensure you receive replacements parts – customers are requested to note any noticeable damage to the packages at the time of delivery. In the unlikely event that your furniture does arrive damaged, we will guarantee to replace damage parts and will endeavor to have replacement parts with you within 30 working days. Any manufacturer faults must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the delivery. To reduce costs to minimum, complaint does not include replacement of the whole item. Will be replacement only damaged parts. Buyer is obliged to send photos of damaged parts by email to info@extremefurniture.uk, containing a detailed description of the part which is subject to exchange. Exact description of the damaged parts will allow us to speed taking into consideration the complaint.


The information that you provide is used to process and send your order. We also use the information to contact you if there is a problem with your order. EXTREME FURNITURE LIMITED does not sell or share your name, address, phone number or any other personal information with any other.
